Our second fresh hop IPA released in correlation with the Fresh Hop festival in Tasmania. Given the name for the hops being grown ‘just down the road’ in Bega (part of the Sapphire coast region). This brew uses 15kg of freshly harvested, unprocessed hops. Features a balanced malt profile, firm bitterness and notes of grapefruit and pine. A distinct mouthfeel and finish derived from the delightful fresh hop. 6.5%. Hops: centennial, Colombia, Victoria.
