We’re looking for someone who knows how to brew beer on a commercial scale, possesses a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, exacting standards and a love of beer to work in our brew team on a part-time, seasonal basis beginning in August 2025. 

The seasonal brewer will play a key role in the brew team making and packing beer and performing related tasks such as CIP and transfers. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: SEASONAL BREWER

Key responsibilities include:

• Brewing beer to recipe and specification
• Performing related fermentation and maturation tasks (e.g. dry hopping; yeast off)
• Transferring beer between tanks
• Cleaning tanks to specification
• Harvesting and propagating yeast
• Setting wort; beer and cleaning lines 
• Operating the canning line 
• Maintaining OH&S records
• Maintaining B Corp objectives
• Working closely with others in the brew team 

The successful candidate for the role will ideally possess deep experience of the beer industry, and will: 

• Be meticulous about maintaining standards 
• Be highly organised and skilled in time management 
• Possess excellent attention to detail 
• Be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures to the letter
• Share our passion to maximise the sustainability of our business operations
• Assist in delivering the strategic objectives of the business
• Be a constructive team worker
