The Winter Solstice Weekend kicks off 16th June, a fantastic event for beer and food enthusiasts brought to you by 5 Little Pigs and Jervis Bay Brewing Co! The Dark Beer paired Long Table Dinner offers a unique experience of combining delicious food with specially brewed dark beers. The four-course evening, served as shared plates, provides an opportunity to explore different flavours and pairings.
With seven different dark beers, attendees will have the chance to sample a variety of styles and profiles. Having a beer connoisseur guide the event and share insights into the flavours and characteristics of each beer adds an educational and interactive element. Guests can learn more about the brewing process, the specific qualities of dark beers, and how they complement the accompanying dishes.
