Head chef Nani provides the community with an accessible & unique, culinary experience… a journey into the vibrant world of Javanese cuisine. Her food journey began at age 10, in her home town of Jakarta, on the island of Java, Indonesia. It was here in her family’s Javanese kitchen, that her passion for the preparation, creation and sharing of food was ignited. It was here she was entrusted with time-honoured recipes and spice-laden secrets. It was here she learnt to infuse meals with not only flavour but love.
All food trucks have vegetarian options and most offer vegan options, they strive to cater to allergies and intolerances please call the taproom in advance if you would like to double check we can cater to your needs.
