Charity of the Month – The Men’s Table

For the month of September, we will be helping raise funds for The Men’s Table. The Men’s Table is a national not-for-profit building communities of local men who gather together once a month over dinner to listen and openly share about the highs and lows of their lives.

The Men’s Table began in 2011 with a Table of 12 men in Sydney and has grown to over 150 Tables across the country. Now also with a local one at the Greenhouse just in the centre of Huskisson! Here’s a link to their website if you want to get in touch – https://themenstable.org/

Busting the myth that “men don’t talk” a  Men’s Table creates a unique space for men to support one another and be supported with friendship, conversation and community belonging as they navigate the ups and downs of life, along the way improving men’s mental and emotional wellbeing and reducing loneliness and social isolation. 

All funds raised from our Thursday Trivia and any raffles go towards raising funds for them. As well we donate $5 per keg sold during the month. So if you don’t happen to be here for one of our local nights, have a beer to help us raise as much as we can!
