This is an exciting one for the true beer nerds out there, as well as people curious to learn more about this miraculous beverage!
Our Brew Team has come up with the ingenious idea of educating us about the amazing flavours in the beer we drink, with our new “School of Hops:” range of brews. In each of these Special Releases our master brewers create a beer using only one variety of hop, making the hop the hero, and teaching us the specific attributes of these unique ingredients.
Using a simple grain bill to allow the hop to shine through, this will allow us to dive even deeper into the world of beer.
Our first School of Hops Beer has been brewed to showcase Amarillo. A now classic hop whose familiarity makes it easy to forget how awesome it is! Famed for citrus characteristics it is a strong favourite here at JB Brewing Co.
