For this year’s South Coast Beer Festival in Milton (grab tix here), we joined forces for a collaborative brew day at Longstocking Brewery in Pambula with eight breweries and a hop farm from the South Coast. The Hazy Pale Ale we brewed together features El Dorado, Centennial, Simcoe and Mosaic.
