It all started with an idea that flourished into the food truck catering business you see today. Nick Khouri, the creative genius behind the business started this truck to share his passion for food and burgers with others. Expressing his love for creating recipes and bringing people together. Shorty’s Food Truck was born and it has taken Western Sydney by storm.

  • SINGLE SHORTY $13 – Angus beef patty, American cheese, pickles, onion, tomato & mustard sauce
  • THICK SHORTY $16 – Angus beef patty, American cheese, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion & truffle mayo
  • HOT SHORTY $17 – Crispy chicken thigh doused in spicy hot honey sauce & lettuce
  • THE KIMCHI $18 – Angus beef patty, kimchi, melted mozzarella with Gochugara spicy mayo
  • VIRGIN SHORTY $16 – Veggie patty with lettuce, pickles, american cheese & spicy mayo


  • SHOESTRING FRIES $6 – Chicken salt & sumac
  • BEEF BULGOGI FRIES $15 – Shoestring fries topped with mozzarella bulgogi sauce & green shallots
  • OKONOMIYAKI FRIES $15 – Shoestring fries topped with bulldog sauce, Japanese mayo, crisp seaweed
  • POPCORN CHICKEN FRIES $15 – Shoestring fries topped with popcorn chicken, spice mayo and sesame seed
  • SAUCE $1 – BBQ, Ketchup, Mayo, Shorty’s spicy mayo, Kimchi Mayo, Hot Honey
