This competition is open to Australian residents who are over 18 year of age at the time of entry. Employees of Jervis Bay Brewing Co. and immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
The competition starts at 9AM Friday the 3rd of March 2023 and finishes at 5PM Sunday 23rd of April 2023. Submissions will close 5PM Sunday 23rd April 2023. The draw will be conducted and winners announced at 3 Duranbah Dr, Huskisson NSW 2540 at 10AM the Tuesday the 25th of April 2023.
Entries can be submitted by filling out the form supplied on Jervis Bay Brewing Co. website and social media between the 3rd of March 2023 and Sunday 23rd of April 2023. Winners will be chosen by chance draw and will be notified by email.
If winner cannot be contacted over a period of 7 days a redraw will occur at 11AM the Monday after the original draw.
Jervis Bay Brewing Co. will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to Australian addresses only.
The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where you reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
Any use of personal information the promoter receives will comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
Winners will be contacted by the email address the entry was submitted on and the name will be published on Jervis Bay Brewing Co. website approximately 24 hours after the winner is drawn.
12 x monthly prizes of one Jervis Bay Brewing Co. case of 16 x 375ml cans of Jervis Bay Brewing Co. beer which is 6Lt. Prizes are subject to conditions imposed by the promoter as displayed on www.jervisbaybrewing.co
